I'm sorry, I’m always a fan of a new comer and hope for better, but I’ve tried their burger on several occasions now and just don’t see the sense in returning any more. Went to the web site and saw the video with Martha Stewart, the lovely couple striving to make their great product shine, you know the deal. Menu looks great and the idea of the homemade burger buns every day, wow!! Every time I go in and hope its better than the last time I’m disappointed again. They must be related to Martha or something, because this can’t be. The bun is good, not like wow, but good…let’s say very good. Service, like McDonalds or Burger King if not worse, sometimes a friendly kid, sometimes a snot nosed one, nothing special here. The burger does not taste flam broiled, it tastes burnt!!! Everytime I’ve been there, there’s some young person (kid) cooking the burgers and I’m sorry, perhaps it’s me but they taste like either a very dirty grill or just simply burnt burgers. Other than that tater tots I can get at the supermarket. The Price – too high for what you get!!!!!!!

Good burgers, okay fries. Get a burger, don't mess around with anything fancy.

Burgers are great. Thursday nites with the live jam session are awesome. It's packed though. They could use more parking.

The fish burger was good ... I liked the breading and I believe that they put spinach on it, which is different.
I heard the hamburger had a little too much salt on it.
When I was there they had live music, which is nice. But it was a little loud.
As for ambiance, before I went I was hoping it would be a real cozy little shack, but it was actually kind of modern and cold. Too bad it's not more homey feeling. The stringy stuff on the wall was cool!

The burgers here are phenomenal! Freshly ground beef on a freshly baked bun, it doesn't get better than this. Add on Tater Tots or Fries and you are truly in heaven. The rest of the menu is equally as good, especially the grilled cheese and the blue cheese wedge salad.

I would rate this 5 stars except I've found the temperature is usually one level rarer than usual; i.e. order a medium and you are going to get a medium rare. This happens especially when it's busy. I've just gotten into the habit of ordering medium well.
