Great hometown pub, family friendly, Beer is always spot on greatness. The food is consistent and priced well. Bartenders are friendly with class. My favorite place to grab a beer, a burger and watch a game. I wish we had a Publick House in Sag.

They're espresso stout is excellent, when available. I have eaten there, while it's average fare, I would go for the beer, not the food.

The whole murder that happened there kind of puts a damper on having a good time. It's a solid place with decent beer. Kind of sterile, unlike the old Herb's Bowden Square, but a good place to bring visitors from out of town who are used to Applebees and such.

Of all of the microbreweries I have been to in Long Island, the Publick House has by far the best beers. Their IPA is amazing and they have a nice lineup of rotating beers. Their old chef recently returned and reworked the menu....good food, good beer and a very family friendly atmosphere

The food is "eh" but I like going to the Lady's Nights and also just drinking and dancing there in general!
Many beer drinkers also say that their microbrews leave something to be desired, but I like them!
