Birding with Frank at the Long Pond Greenbelt Nature Center: Adults & Teens
Program Presenter: Frank Quevedo, South Fork Natural History Museum (SOFO) Executive Director
Cosponsor: Friends of the Long Pond Greenbelt

The woods, fields, wetlands, and surface waters of the Long Pond Greenbelt provide nesting, foraging, and resting habitat for a rich diversity of avian life. More than 125 species of birds regularly use the Greenbelt for all or part of the year. Join us, as Frank presents a PowerPoint presentation on the various bird species found in this magnificent habitat. The talk will be followed by a leisurely walk from the nature center down to Crooked Pond, to observe some bird life. Bring your binoculars!
This is a FREE Program.
