Town Line Road Property Sells For $10.75M

authorStaff Writer on Sep 13, 2019

A 2-acre lot on the Wainscott side of Town Line Road has sold for $10.75 million, after most recently asking $11.5 million,

Located at 139 Town Line Road, the traditional is across the street from the east end of Daniels Lane. The residence is 4,000 square feet, with five bedrooms and five bathrooms.

The first floor has a great room with 10-foot ceilings and a top-of-the-line open kitchen with a dining nook. Outdoor decking and living areas are accessible via the great room. Also on the first floor is the master suite with a large bathroom and closets, plus an office/bedroom.

The second floor is where the three guest rooms are located. A private deck on top of the stairs offers a pond view. The full basement has high ceilings and can be finished for extra living space.

However, the existing house may not be long for this world — or, it could be the start of a significant expansion. The Saunders listing states that the property can accommodate an 8,000-square-foot residence with a pool house or tennis court.

The seller was listed as Calico Sand LLC, and the buyer was Teddy McLeod LLC, according to The Real Estate Report Inc.
