In the hamlet of Amagansett, 117 Atlantic Avenue has sold for $4.25 million, according to The Real Estate Report Inc. One limited liability company purchased the property from another: SGF Partners LLC bought it from Xummertime LLC.
It had been asking $4.5 million. William Wolff had the listing for Douglas Elliman.
This is the second time the property has sold in three years: In 2016, the estate of M. V. Hayden sold the property to Xummertime LLC for $3.93 million, according to The Real Estate Report Inc. Susan Breitenbach of Corcoran represented that sale.
The south-of-the-highway parcel is 0.61 acre. The 3,500-square-foot residence has five bedrooms, three full bathrooms and one half-bath. The living room has a double-height ceiling, a fireplace and wall-to-wall oversized windows. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, and a closet for laundry.
