Lilly de la Motte recently joined Saunders & Associates at its Bridgehampton office, the real estate firm announced this week.
Having worked previously for the Corcoran Group in Bridgehampton, the new agent will be unpacking a $40 million portfolio of luxury properties as she settles in at Saunders. Among them is her “signature” $21 million listing at 55 Town Line Road in Wainscott, a new 8.4-acre estate.
Ms. de la Motte also worked for Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group in Manhattan, marketing condominium developments and conversions priced as high as $27 million. And she has worked with some of the most prominent developers in the Hamptons, according to Saunders.
“Lilly is a star agent, widely known in the Hamptons for her high-profile listings and attention to clients’ needs,” a press release said.
Ms. de la Motte is a native of St. Louis who graduated from Georgetown University.
