Engel & Völkers offices in Southampton and East Hampton have been acquired by Nest Seekers International, according to Southampton office Managing Director Amadeus Ehrhardt. Barbara Feldman has been named the managing director of the East Hampton office.
Mr. Ehrhardt, who worked for Engel & Völkers prior to the acquisition, confirmed on Monday morning, April 25, that Nest Seekers had already taken over both offices. He said that Engel & Völkers agents have also been taken on by Nest Seekers and that some new Nest Seekers agents have joined the Hamptons offices. Prior to the acquisition, Nest Seekers had a presence in Bridgehampton, occupying a second floor office on Main Street, according to Bridgehampton managing director Eddie Shapiro.
