Senator Kenneth P. LaValle recommended several policies at Monday's Long Island Regional Economic Development Council public forum.
Just two weeks after State Senator Kenneth P. LaValle and State Assemblyman Fred W. Thiele Jr. requested that the Long Island Regional Economic Development Council hold a public forum on the East End, their wish was granted.
On Monday, October 3, stakeholders in the East End economy, including organizations such as the Long Island Farm Bureau, the Long Island Wine Council, The Nature Conservancy, the Group for the East End and representatives from the fishing industry, sat in on the public forum held at the Suffolk County Community College Culinary Arts and Hospitality Center in downtown Riverhead.
