Saunders & Associates has published its Hamptons 2012 Rentals and Sales Book, featuring 183 properties from Westhampton to Montauk. Properties featured in the book range from $499,000 to just under $25 million.
The 5-by-7-inch flip-book is 168 pages. Saunders has printed 100,000 copies for wide distribution throughout the Hamptons as well as Manhattan, Palm Beach and Aspen.
According to Saunders and Associates President Andrew Saunders, the Hamptons real estate market is on the upswing.
“Signs are emerging that the upcoming selling season is likely to be dynamic and our Hamptons 2012 Rentals and Sales book is a really effective tool in capturing buyer interest,” he wrote in a press release. According to information in the release, in 2011, Saunders surpassed $1 billion in exclusive listings and broke its previous sales records.
