Valentine’s Day is Sunday, February 14, and many restaurants between Montauk and East Quogue will offer dining specials all weekend long. Make plans now for a romantic brunch or night out.

Inlet Seafood Restaurant in Montauk (inletseafood.com, 668-4272) is open for Valentine’s Day. Call for reservations.

Slow Food East End and The Art of Eating in Amagansett (hamptonsartofeating.com, (631) 267-2411) host “Shuck Em,” a Valentine’s Day oyster brunch from noon to 3 p.m. The menu includes Montauk Pearls, Ketcham’s Seafarm Peconic Golds and Shinnecock Shellfish, plus a number of passed hors-d’oeuvres featuring locally sourced ingredients. The cost is $125 per person, or $110 for Slow Food East End members. Make a reservation by Friday at slowfoodeastend.org.

Cafe Max in East Hampton (cafemaxeasthampton.com, 324-2004) is offering a two-course dinner on Valentine’s Day for $40. Call for reservations.

Chef Arie Pavlou of Bridgehampton Inn (bridgehamptoninn.com, 537-3660) is preparing a special Valentine’s menu available Thursday through Sunday. Call or email for reservations.

Baron’s Cove in Sag Harbor (baronscove.com, 725-2101) offers the “Savor Romance Slowly” four-course prix fixe for $75 per person from Friday through Sunday. Wine pairing is an additional $45. An a la carte menu will also be available. Call for reservations.

Page at 63 Main in Sag Harbor (page63main.com, 725-1810) is hosting a Valentine’s Day Jazz Brunch beginning at 11 a.m. The Peter Martin Weiss Trio will play from noon to 3 p.m. The menu is a la carte, and there is no cover charge. A romantic dinner begins at 5 p.m. A dinner reservation comes with a complimentary glass of rosé or champagne. There will be an a la carte menu. Dessert specials include vanilla bean panna cotta with cherry and balsamic compote and red velvet cake, all made in-house by dessert artist Arina Rudneva.

The Bell & Anchor in Sag Harbor (bellandanchor.com, 725-3400) is taking reservations for Valentine’s Day.

Le Charlot in Southampton (lecharlot.us, 353-3222) has a three-course Valentine’s prix fixe menu available all weekend for $60. Call or go online for reservations.

Paul’s Italian Restaurant in Southampton (paulsitalianrestaurant.com, 283-1861) will offer a $27.95 four-course prix fixe on Valentine’s Day beginning at 3 p.m. with soup or salad, an appetizer, an entrée, dessert and coffee. Call for reservations.

Redbar Brasserie in Southampton (redbarbrasserie.com, 283-0704) is taking reservations for Valentine’s Day.

Shippy’s in Southampton (shippyspumpernickels.com, 283-0007) is offering specials all weekend. Call for reservations.

Sundays On The Bay in Hampton Bays (sundaysonthebayrestaurant.com, 728-2611) is offering both a Valentine’s Day brunch for $22 per person, and a three-course couples dinner for $40 per person. Call for reservations.

The Inn Spot on the Bay in Hampton Bays (728-1200) will host a seven-course chocolate dinner. With one dessert, the price is $55 per person. With a wine pairing for each course, the cost is $85 per person. The offer is available Friday through Sunday. Call for reservations.

1 North Steakhouse in Hampton Bays (1northsteakhouse.com, 594-3419) is running specials all weekend. Visit the website for a full menu. Call for reservations.

Buckley’s Inn Between in Hampton Bays (buckleysinnbetween.com, 728-7197) will offer a Valentine’s Day dinner special Sunday through Tuesday starting at 5 p.m. The three-course dinner is $24.95 per person. Call for reservations.

Gators Restaurant in Hampton Bays (gatorshb.com, 728-4100) is open for lunch/brunch on Saturday and Sunday, then dinner daily from 4 to 10 p.m.

New Moon Cafe in East Quogue (nmcafe.com, 653-4042) is taking reservations for Valentine’s Day.

Cooperage Inn in Calverton (cooperageinn.com, 727-8994) will celebrate Valentine’s Day Thursday through Sunday. Dinner for two with salads, entrées and a bottle of wine is $58. Chef’s specials will be offered Friday and Saturday. Buffet brunch Sunday is $28.95 per person. Call or visit the website for reservations.
