Dining In The Hamptons For Valentine's Day 2018

In celebration of Valentine’s Day on Wednesday, February 14, many local restaurants will serve special menus for couples to enjoy a romantic night out. Some offers are planned in the days leading up to and after Valentine’s Day, so those who can’t dine out on the exact day of the holiday can still reserve a table—or walk right in—for a memorable dinner.

New Moon Cafe (631-653-4042, newmooncafeeq.com) in East Quogue is taking reservations for Valentine’s Day. The regular menu is available.

Sundays On The Bay (631-728-2611, sundaysonthebayrestaurant.com) in Hampton Bays will offer a four-course prix fixe menu for $50, not including tax and gratuity. Call for reservations.

The Inn Spot on the Bay (631-728-1200, theinnspot.com) in Hampton Bays will host a seven-course chocolate dinner with one dessert for $55 per person. With a wine paring for each course, the total cost is $85 per person. The offer is available on Wednesday, February 14, as well as Friday, February 16, and Saturday, February 17. Guava Tropical Restaurant and Bar (631-594-3815, guavarestaurant.com) in Hampton Bays is serving a special Valentine’s Day dinner for $85 per couple which includes a shared appetizer, two entrées, shared dessert and bottle of wine starting Wednesday, February 7, and continuing through Wednesday, February 14. Buckley’s Inn Between (631-594-6927, facebook.com/buckleysinnbetween) in Hampton Bays is serving Valentine’s dinner Wednesday, February 14, through Friday, February 16, with a three-course prix fixe for $25.95. The regular menu is also available. Reservations are not necessary.

1 North Steakhouse (631-594-3419, 1northsteakhouse.com) in Hampton Bays is running specials for Valentine’s Day. Visit the website for a full menu. Call for reservations.

Gators (631-728-4100, gatorshb.com) in Hampton Bays will offer dinner specials and its regular menu. Reservations are not necessary.

Southampton Publick House (631-283-2800, publick.com) in Southampton Village will serve a prix fixe dinner for $28.95 from 5 to 9 p.m. Call for more information.

Paul’s Italian Restaurant (631-283-1861, paulsitalianrestaurant.com) in Southampton Village is serving a four-course prix fixe dinner for $28.95 beginning at 4 p.m.

Red|Bar Brasserie (631-283-0704, redbarbrasserie.com) in Southampton Village will offer a la carte holiday specials for Valentine’s Day. The regular menu will be offered as well. The a la carte specials, subject to change, include warm poached local oysters, leek fondue, lobster and forest mushroom croustade, whole roasted rosemary chicken for two, and pan roasted garlic crusted black Angus rib steak for two. Union Cantina (631-377-3500, unioncantina.net) in Southampton Village will open for Valentine’s Day dining at 11:30 a.m. with an a la carte menu all day.

Tutto il Giorno (631-377-3611, tuttoilgiorno.com) in Southampton Village is taking reservations for Valentine’s Day.

Almond (631-537-5665, almondrestaurant.com) in Bridgehampton will serve a special four-course pomegranate-themed menu in honor of Valentine’s Day. The menu will run on both Saturday, February 10, and Wednesday, February 14, in addition to the regular a la carte menu. The special menu includes courses of seasonal dishes featuring pomegranate and costs $75 per person. Among the menu items on offer are pomegranate and Jen’s apple granita, Hudson Valley foie gras torchon, bay scallop ceviche, Alex’s beet soup, ras el hanout lamb chops and barley beet cured bass. Bridgehampton Inn Restaurant (631-537-3660, bridgehamptoninn.com) in Bridgehampton will offer from Wednesday, February 14, through Sunday, February 18, a small plates special. Choose three small plates from the regular menu for $48 between 5:30 and 7 p.m. There is no corkage fee on Sunday. Reservations are preferred.

World Pie (631-537-7999, worldpiebh.com) in Bridgehampton is serving a prix fixe menu all night, every night for $28 per person. Nightly specials and the regular menu are also available. Reservations are not necessary.

Elaia Estiatorio (631-613-6469, elaiaestiatorio.com) in Bridgehampton is serving a four-course prix fixe for $55 per person, which includes a glass of rose sparkling wine. Call for reservations.

Pierre’s (631-537-5110, pierresbridgehampton.com) in Bridgehampton will serve a prix fixe Valentine’s Day menu for $80 per person. Call for more information.

Wolffer Kitchen Sag Harbor (631-725-0101) will feature a Valentine’s prix fixe daily starting on Friday, February 9, and continuing through Wednesday, February 14, for $80 per person. Call for more information.

Lulu Kitchen and Bar (631-725-0900, lulusagharbor.com) in Sag Harbor is celebrating Valentine’s Day with a three-course prix fixe menu for $65 or a four-course prix fixe menu for $85. Among the menu selections, subject to change, are tuna tartare, grilled marinated quail, crab arancini, braised mustard rabbit and grilled duck breast. Reservations are recommended.

Nick & Toni’s (631-324-3550, nickandtonis.com) in East Hampton will offer special a la carte menu items for Valentine’s Day with local fluke ceviche, American caviar, beet cured wild salmon and wood roasted 1.5-pound lobster. The regular a la carte menu will also be available. Reservations are strongly recommended.

Rowdy Hall (631-324-8555, rowdyhall.com) at the Parrish Mews in East Hampton will serve special a la carte menu items. Their regular menu will also be available. A la carte specials, subject to change, include crispy local oysters on the half shell, bronzino filet, and butternut and local clam chowder with crispy leeks. Call for more information.

The 1770 House Restaurant & Inn (631-324-1770, 1770house.com) in East Hampton will serve chef Michael Rozzi’s signature tasting menu starting at 5:30 p.m. The four-course $85 prix fixe dinner— excluding beverages, tax and gratuity—can be paired with Champagne and sparkling wine selections by wine director Michael Cohen. Among the selections will be crisp North Fork oyster with caviar, Scottish salmon crudo, lobster in green curry, white bean and roasted garlic ravioli, seared Hudson Valley foie gras, sea scallops with mushroom and truffle broth, roasted Montauk fluke, roasted rack of lamb and prime beef filet. Wolffer Kitchen Amagansett (631-267-2764) will serve a special prix fixe menu on Valentine’s Day with seatings at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. Ludmilla Brazil will perform upbeat Brazilian Jazz Samba.
