A memorial service for Long Island environmentalist Paul Stoutenburgh will be held on Saturday, November 8, at 2 p.m. at Southold High School. Mr. Stoutenburgh, known for his passion for preservation and knowledge of the environment, was among the first to advocate for strict wetlands codes on the East End. He died at his home in Cutchogue in July at the age of 92.
