The man, described by witnesses as five feet four inches tall and Hispanic, was driving a Honda Accord and crashed into a Toyota Tacoma pickup truck on Railroad Avenue just before 11 a.m. Witnesses at the scene said he then got out of the car and fled on foot, carrying a black and yellow knapsack.

Police found a piece of mail in the front seat of the Honda but the driver’s identity has not yet been released.

That he's illegal? - No. That he's long gone? - Yes. Guess the lawyer he called from the "Bilingual" told him not to worry. The courts here are toothless if you're illegal and don't have a license, registration or insurance.

Can we start to sue the federal govt in cases like this? For allowing such people to cross the border good or bad?
