It’s time again to check in on East Hampton—just not the village.

Two sizable sales were recorded in recent weeks in the unincorporated areas abutting the village, and a home that recently hit the market is of interest not just in and of itself, but also because of its owner. Details lie ahead.

In Northwest Harbor, 5 Saint Regis Court sold for $4.55 million, $55,000 over the listed asking price.

The seller was Barcelona Beach LLC and the buyer was 5 St Regis Court LLC, according to The Real Estate Report Inc.

The 1.2-acre property with a heated pool has 140 feet of water frontage, a green lawn and a private path to the beach. The traditional 4,000-square-foot four-bedroom, 4.5-bath residence has expanses of glass for continuous water views. There is also a den, a paneled library, formal living and dining spaces, a fireplace and an attached two-car garage.

Rylan Jacka and Kathy Konzet of Sotheby’s International Realty had the listing.

And then at 388 Hands Creek Road—information is not readily available on this property—Ron Adzima, formerly a managing director for Cantor Fitzgerald and now a developer and real estate agent in Boca Raton, sold to Kyong Rhee and Nimit Sabharwal for $4 million.

But 16 Palma Terrace isn’t hiding its light under a bushel. On the fringe of the village, this 0.3-acre property has a newly built 5,100-square-foot modern farmhouse. The asking price was $3.8 million and the final sales price was $3.7 million. However, the buyer is shielded behind a limited liability company, namely the super-uncreative 16 Palma Terrace LLC.

Through a wall of glass see the floating steel staircase. The living/dining space has a fireplace and oversized glass doors allow in abundant natural light. There is also a fireplace on the covered patio. Also outside, enjoy the heated gunite pool.

Back indoors, the eat-in kitchen has professional-grade appliances and a Caesarstone island. The junior master suite is on the first floor along with a library/den, a half-bath and a mudroom. Upstairs, the master suite has a soaking tub and walk-in closet. That’s also where you’ll find two more en-suite bedrooms and the laundry. The lower level with 9-foot ceilings is finished and has an en-suite bedroom, another half-bath and a large recreation area.

New to the market in Springs is 290 Old Stone Highway, an 1887 farmhouse that belongs to Anh Duong, the French-American model, actress and artist whose 50 sculpted gold stars are on display at the new Statue of Liberty Museum on Liberty Island. The property, with views of Accabonac Harbor, is 1.5 acres and the asking price is $2.35 million.

Ms. Duong, who studied architecture at the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris, worked in collaboration with interior designer Daniel Romualdez to renovate the main house with the retention of original details. It has three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and a fireplace. The renovated guest cottage has tall ceilings, an open floor plan, one bedroom, one bathroom and a kitchen.

The grounds have a rolling green lawn, a wisteria-covered porch and the original work shed.
