The East Hampton Town Senior Center on Springs-Fireplace Road is suffering from deterioration and insufficient space. The town has designs for a new 18,000-square-foot facility but has wrestled with logistical issues of building the new building while continuing services on the existing site. Officials said this week that they have a new site in mind.
