The third annual Food Lab Conference at Stony Brook Southampton was held June 9 and 10 with the theme “Fifty Years of Food in America: 1970-2020.” Celebrity chef Bobby Flay delivered the opening keynote and among the other speakers and panelists were David Barber, Michel Nischan and Florence Fabricant.
