Agent Cathy Tweedy has made a move from Corcoran to Saunders & Associates in the Bridgehampton office, according to a press release from Andrew Saunders, founder and president of the real estate firm.

“Joining Saunders is the perfect move because it allows me to leverage my knowledge and experience with the power of Saunders to better help people meet their real estate needs,” Ms. Tweedy said in the release.

The agent’s decade of industry experience includes time as a buyer, seller, landlord and developer. Prior to joining Saunders, Ms. Tweedy was a leading producer at Corcoran and ranked in the top 1 percent of agents at NRT Inc., the nation’s largest residential real estate brokerage company. She began her real estate career at Allan Schneider Associates when she moved to the East End 10 years ago.

“Cathy has experience in every aspect of the real estate business and a background in advertising that primed her to provide exceptional service to clients,” Mr. Saunders said.

‘Ellie’ Award Winners

Douglas Elliman president and CEO Dottie Herman honored the firm’s Long Island and Hamptons brokerages at the company’s annual awards celebration at the Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury on February 10.

In the Hamptons, the Southampton office, managed by Ray Smith, claimed the title of Top Long Island Office for 2014. In addition, the Top Individual prize based on gross commission income went to Michaela Keszler from the Southampton office, while the Enzo Morabito Team of the Bridgehampton office took the award for Top Team by gross commission income. The award-winning team, which also has an office in Westhampton Beach, includes Greg Geuer, Aimee Fitzpatrick Martin, Tim Morabito, Suzanne Bond and Antonio Bottero.

“We are grateful to our loyal clients and customers who’ve helped us achieve our success,” said Mr. Morabito, who specializes in luxury and waterfront listings throughout the Hamptons.
