New York Mets fans will have a little something extra to cheer about this baseball season—as long as they’re also fans of Montauk Brewing Company.

The brewery recently announced its popular line of locally brewed beers will be sold at City Field in Queens, home to the Mets, for the 2015 season. Both draft and canned beers of the ever-popular Driftwood Ale, as well as Montauk Session IPA and Montauk Summer Ale, will be available. The beer will be sold in specific sections of the stadium—in left field, between sections 132 and 133, and in the food court behind home plate, on the promenade level.

As if that weren’t enough excitement for one spring, the brewing company—owned and operated by lifelong friends Vaughan Cutillo, Eric Moss, and Joe Sullivan—has officially added an on-site brewhouse to their home base in Montauk, and will no longer need to borrow brewing space from Cooperstown Brewing Company in upstate New York.

“The brewery in Montauk has been a three-year journey in the making,” according to Mr. Cutillo, “and we are happy to announce that we should be brewing the first batches sometime in April.”

The new brewhouse will allow the trio, whose beers are quickly becoming a household name in bars and grocery stores across Long Island, to teach visitors about the brewing process, which will soon experiment with new styles and local ingredients, Mr. Cutillo said.
