Sam’s Bar and Restaurant, a landmark on Newtown Lane in East Hampton Village, is on the market for sale or lease. Now owned by Graham Quinn, the casual and comfortable Italian restaurant, known for its pizzas, was founded in 1947 by Sam Naska and his family and has remained “virtually unchanged” while remaining a favorite of locals and an expanding number of visitors, according to the establishment’s website.
