The Hamptons Heart Ball Dessert Challenge is taking place at Centro Trattoria & Bar in Hampton Bays on Thursday, May 4, from 7 to 10 p.m., offering samples of heart-friendly desserts.
East End bakers, caterers and restaurants including The Blue Duck, Centro, Dockers Waterside and The Inn Spot by the Bay will compete. The attendees serve as the judges. The winning dessert will be served at the American Heart Association’s 21st annual Hamptons Heart Ball on Saturday, June 10, at the Southampton Arts Center.
