We’ve known Bill Walsh of William J. Walsh Land Surveyor, for about as long as we’ve known Montauk, 40 years or so. He has been a longtime resident, as his parents, both academics, moved to the house he now occupies, in 1950. Bill is the divorced father of 40-year-old Brendan, who lives in Vermont with his wife and two children, and Jamie, the 37-year-old father of 2-year-old Olivia and recently arrived twins James and Mia. Jamie is a licensed surveyor working full-time with his dad.
