New construction on a redeveloped parcel in Quogue has sold for $4,819,200, according to The Real Estate Report Inc.
The buyer of 16 Barker Lane is an anonymous LLC with an address for a condo in The Avery, on the Upper West Side’s Riverside Park.
The design by architect John Himmelsbach calls for a 6,100-square-foot home with both “grand and casual” living spaces.
With an open floor plan, the house has a kitchen with double islands and a larger pantry, a dining area, a wet bar, and a living room with a fireplace. Round out the first floor are a family room, a half-bath an en-suite guest bedroom and a laundry room. A retractable NanaWall opens to the deck and covered porch that stretch the length of the house.
