Bates Masi + Architects of Sag Harbor have won the 2015 AIA New York State Award of Excellence in the residential large" category for the firm's project Elizabeth II.

The Award of Excellence is open to all New York State licensed architects with projects in New York as well as around the world. Only one project from each category is chosen for the Award of Excellence. A presentation and dinner will be held in October in Saratoga Springs in conjunction with the 2015 AIANYS Design Conference.
