'Our Town: Sag Harbor In Focus' Celebrates Pierson High School Photographers

On May 10, “Our Town: Sag Harbor in Focus,” an exhibition of photography by students in Peter Solow’s classes at Pierson High, went on view at the Sag Harbor Whaling & Historical Museum. At the reception, the winners were announced for portfolio awards and individual awards in 10 areas. Artists Eric Fischl and Ralph Gibson were judges.

Hudson Galardi-Troy was the first place winner of the overall portfolio category. Second place portfolio winner was Grace Horan. Individual awards, first and second place, are as follows:

The event was supported by the Cygnet Foundation with a monetary prize for the portfolio winners.
