Caitlin Barbour and Stephen Ginter engaged

Charles and Ruth Barbour of Sagaponack announce the engagement of their daughter Caitlin D. Barbour to Stephen P. Ginter, son of David and Lynn Ginter of Clinton, Connecticut. The couple met while attending Gettysburg College.

Ms. Barbour is a 2003 graduate of East Hampton High School and a 2007 graduate of Gettysburg College in Pennsylvania, where she majored in psychology. She currently works in the International Services Office at Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania, where she is also pursuing a master’s degree in student affairs in higher education.

Mr. Ginter is a 2003 graduate of The Morgan School in Clinton, Connecticut. He received a bachelor’s degree in history and political science from Gettysburg College and is employed as an event marketing representative for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

A 2011 wedding is planned.
