Sagaponack School

representative of the Long Island Science Center visited the school on November 1. Students learned about the states of matter through a series of hands-on activities. Each child participated in an ice cream and “flubber” making activity. Another visit is planned for early spring.
The students and teachers were treated to a birthday lunch and dessert, delicious pizza and brownies, provided by Tapp Ingolia.
The school wishes to thank the Parents Committee, parents and families for their support of the wreath decorating activity on November 29. The students were able to decorate and learn the process of making a wreath. Some of the wreaths were donated to community members and local businesses.
