A lovely event, the “Lynn’s Legacy” memorial walk in honor of former Southampton resident Lynn Antilety Wilkinson, was held on Tuesday, February 7, in Jupiter Bay, Florida. Lynn passed away from melanoma on May 20, 2011. She was born and raised in Southampton and was a graduate of Southampton High School. The daughter of Bill and Anne Antilety of Southampton and Jupiter Bay, she was a wife and the mother of two teenage daughters, Quinn and Kate.
Five hundred and fifty luminarias were decorated to honor Lynn and others, placed around the lake at Jupiter Bay and lit at twilight. Residents then walked around the lake in honor of loved ones they had lost.
The event was a huge success with more than 160 people participating in the dinner and walk. More... more
