Out of the Question will host a second round of thought-provoking conversation on Thursday, June 8, at the Southampton Arts Center.
Out of the Question is a series featuring panel discussions with East End notables. Audiences engage in unfiltered, yet cordial, dialogue with speakers based on a question that prompts each conversation.
The series’s second panel of the season will debate if market demands and buyer expectations shape the creative choices made by artists. Speakers include prominent artists Eric Fischl of North Haven and Toni Ross of Wainscott, as well as experienced art consultants Vered, the founder of the Vered Gallery in East Hampton, and Rick Friedman, the founder of the Hamptons Expo Group, which started the annual art fair ArtHamptons.
The program will begin at 7 p.m., followed by refreshments on the Southampton Arts Center’s east lawn. Tickets are $15 and can be purchased in advance or at the door. For tickets, visit ootq-show.com
