The Southampton Artists Association hosts its annual Memorial Day Arts Show from Wednesday, May 24, through Sunday, June 4, at the Levitas Center for the Arts in the Southampton Cultural Center on Pond Lane in Southampton Village.
An array of oil works, acrylics, watercolors, pastels, photography and sculptures produced by Eastern Long Island artists over the age of 18 will be showcased and available for purchase.
The show will be open from noon to 6 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays and from noon to 4 p.m. Sundays through Thursdays.
Headquartered at the cultural center, the Southampton Artists Association is a nonprofit that conducts painting and drawing outreach programs, and offers local artists a space to display their work.
An opening reception is on Friday, May 26, from 4 to 6 p.m., while a closing reception will be held on Saturday, June 3, from 4 to 6 p.m. Admission is free. For more information, call 631-287-4377.
