Town & Country Announces New Team

Town & Country Real Estate agents Robert Tomich and Linda Kabot have partnered to capitalize on Ms. Kabot’s zoning expertise and Mr. Tomich’s sphere of influence.

Mr. Tomich is a broker with 15 years of experience and is the top producer at the agency’s Southampton office. Ms. Kabot is a former Southampton Town councilwoman and supervisor.

In a statement, Town & Country called the Tomich-Kabot team exceptionally knowledgeable about the community and all its neighborhoods.

“Bob’s strengths and know-how coupled with my comprehensive insight dovetail perfectly to create a powerful service-delivery team in the realm of real estate,” Ms. Kabot said.

“Their approach to seamless real estate transactions comes down to three words: Experience, Connections, Results,” Town & Country CEO Judi Desiderio said.

First International Title Comes To East End

Florida’s largest independent title agency is expanding operations to Riverhead, making this the company’s latest expansion since acquiring Texas-based Western Title in 2015. First International Title handles closings of residential, refinance, reverse mortgage, short sale, deed-in-lieu and commercial transactions. Team members joining the Suffolk County location include Spencer Thomas, Marie Page, Andrea Williams, June Scott, Jack Tandy and Kathleen Beatty.
