Joseph R. Cizan, 32, of Shirley was arrested by Southampton Village Police on March 27 around 10 a.m. and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor. Police said Mr. Cizan was stopped on Hampton Road for vehicle and traffic violations and a computer check revealed he had five suspensions on his license.
Roger T. Johnson, 27, of the Bronx was arrested by Village Police on Friday around 7:15 p.m. and charged with aggravated harassment in the second degree, a misdemeanor. Police said he was involved in a domestic incident with his girlfriend, whom he allegedly harassed over the phone.
Shaun R. Kilfoil, 21, of Southold was arrested by Village Police on Saturday around 6:15 a.m. and charged with driving while ability impaired-alcohol, a misdemeanor. Officers said they stopped Mr. Kilfoil on Hill Street for a traffic violation.
Damian A. Guinzo, 30, of Southampton was arrested on Sunday around 1:40 p.m. and charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument in the third degree, a misdemeanor, after Village Police found a fake inspection sticker on his vehicle.
Village Police arrested Bryan Martinez, 19, of Sag Harbor on Monday and charged him with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor. Police said he was stopped on Hill Street for a traffic violation when a computer check revealed he license was suspended.
