Stony Brook Southampton Hospital will participate in a full-scale mass casualty surge exercise with local police, fire and emergency medical services departments on Sunday from 9 a.m. to noon. Domingo Reynoso Velasquez, 30, of Westhampton Beach was arrested by Westhampton Beach Village Police on April 2 at around 11 p.m. at Montauk Highway and Old Riverhead Road and charged with misdemeanor DWI after police said he rear-ended another driver.
