New Real Estate Brokerage Firm Sells Only Top Of The Market

Last week, a new brokerage firm opened up shop in Water Mill. Bespoke Real Estate is a small company, currently employing just four brokers, but sets its sights on the most expensive listings from Southampton to East Hampton—every property they sell is listed for more than $10 million.

The firm is run by brothers Zachary and Cody Vichinksy, who both previously worked for Corcoran and have been “partners since birth.” Zachary is 30 years old and Cody is in his late 20s—a little younger than the silver-haired foxes who commonly sell the ultra high-end properties on the East End.

“We want to create a very user-friendly experience,” said Cody, “which provides an unparalleled service that goes beyond putting listings in magazines and paying lip service to clients.”

To appeal to a clientele looking to spend top dollar on a second home, Bespoke has personalized its approach to resemble a concierge service, including chartering helicopters for its clients.

“The traditional framework is antiquated,” said Cody. “It needs to be flipped on its head.”

Many of the top brokers in the area have more than 50 listings at any one time. Bespoke aims to “do more with less” by carefully selecting its listings and conveying value to clients from an investment standpoint.

The firm currently has more than $350 million worth of listings, with “much more to come,” according to Cody. “By spending more time and money on our clients, our name will naturally be passed around.”

Tips for Avoiding Rental Scams
