Blair Bridgman Rogers of Vero Beach, Florida, formerly of Westhampton Beach, died on March 18. She was 94.
Ms. Rogers was born in New York City, grew up in Pelham and was a graduate of the Knox School. She was married to Edward H. Rogers Jr. and lived in Westhampton Beach, where they raised their two children. Since being widowed in 1987, she wintered in Vero Beach until she moved there permanently in 2007.
While in New York, Ms. Rogers was an active member of the Friends of the Westhampton Library, East End Hospice and the Westhampton Historical Society. Survivors said she was a creative talent and a great fundraiser.
Ms. Rogers is survived by two children, Peter and wife Jane of Westhampton Beach, and Susan and husband Harold Williams of Vero Beach. Seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren also survive.
A graveside service for her family and friends will be held at a future date in Westhampton Beach.
