Edwin A. Sadloski Sr. Of Westhampton Beach Dies January 15

Edwin A. Sadloski Sr. of Westhampton Beach died at Peconic Bay Medical Center on January 15. He was 84.

Born in Brooklyn on June 13, 1930, to Alex and Sophie Sadloski, he was a veteran of the Korean War and the owner of E&H Welding. He was also a 30-year member of the Westhampton War Memorial Volunteer Ambulance.

Mr. Sadloski is survived by his wife, Helen Sadloski; and two sons, James and wife Linda of Speonk, and Edwin Jr. and wife Teresa of North Carolina. He is also survived by six grandchildren, Devon, Hannah, Kyle, Gregory, Kelley and Jamie; and three great-grandchildren, Noah, Lily and Cora.

Visitation was on January 19 at the Follett and Werner Funeral Home in Westhampton Beach. A funeral Mass was held on January 20 at the Church of the Immaculate Conception on Quiogue. Interment followed at St. John’s Cemetery in Riverhead.

Memorial donations may be made to the Westhampton War Memorial Volunteer Ambulance, 3 Hazelwood Avenue, Westhampton Beach, NY 11978.
