Advanced Sommelier Chris Miller and Paul De Verna of Hamptons Wine Club will be hosting one of the Wine Club’s complimentary wine tastings on Friday, February 19, at 6:30 p.m. at Robert’s restaurant on Montauk Highway in Water Mill. A $33 prix fixe menu for three courses will be available at Robert’s that evening. The second February tasting will be at Annona Restaurant in Westhampton on Wednesday, February 24, at 6:30 p.m., with a $30 prix fixe menu available for three courses.
The third February tasting will be at Ruve East in Port Jefferson on Thursday, February 25, at 6:30 p.m. Prix fixe pricing had not been set at press time.
The goal of these tastings is to showcase the top 10 labels the two men have been impressed by over the last 30 days and to share them, and some of their expertise, with other wine lovers, who are invited to stay for dinner. Each restaurant offers a prix fixe menu for attendees.
