Oddone trial nears second month of testimony

I'll tell him...when he beats the rap...ends up doing a couple years on a manslaughter charge...and becomes employed at the golf club making more money than all of us combined...." Nov 12, 09 9:42 AM

I am not saying any taunts there year round...I am just saying he is not going to be getting life in prison, this was an accident. I have a great attitude, the only thing that brings down my attitude is the fact that no one on this blog is saying what they know and feel about bouncers. Everyone on this page knows they are scum bags, and have to be scum bags to properly conduct there job...
If the victim did what he was supposed to do in this situation, which has been both agreed upon by the defense and prosecution in the court room on the very first day of the trial ( which was too go get assistance from other bouncers).... not just jack someone off a table into a bench......then we wouldn't be sitting here today talking about this....
but what are ya gunna do.... the defendant will pay his debt to society and both parties are going to have to get over this in order to live their lives" Nov 16, 09 3:50 PM

pools....caddys in lower westchester make 100 bag...and most of them carry four a day..who knows what tips they are getting on top of that...I am sure caddys out in the hamptons are making more that that..no?

and that doesnt matter....when he gets out of jail... the club will take care of him...or at least the members will... I mean look what they have done for him so far....they obviously liked him" Nov 16, 09 4:06 PM

well....that was just a summer job...I bet he becomes in management of the club one day down the road....GM's make anywhere from 150k-250k...but none of this matters...GM...Caddy...or ditch digger... those members will take care of him" Nov 17, 09 4:40 PM

well said... your absolutley right... i just dont like gang ups which was happening on this blog which is understandable...and i got mad when my first ever post on here was taken off....all i was talking about what the logistics of case from what i saw the first day at the trial....and I mean no disrespect to the victims family...and your right i shouldn't have gloated with my predictions" Nov 18, 09 12:11 AM

Oddone jury will consider lesser charges

I don't understand why manslaughter 1 wasn't one of the charges way back in the arraignment..." Dec 1, 09 2:13 PM

Defense seeks mistrial; Judge rejects motion

What I am about to say has nothing to do with the case so relax.... I was best friends with tony only a few short years ago in college. he has done nothing but put himself through school, and supported himself since he was 17. To do this, he has been working manual labor jobs ever since I have known him. He has always been popular, and has had many friends. He always has a beautiful girl on his arm. he has always been there for me when I needed him, and he would do anything for his friends. To be honest, he is the kind of man you would want your son to be like.

As for the case, everyone on here knows this was a terrible tragedy, and also an accident. We will just have to wait for the verdict, and what ever it is, guilty or not guilty, Tony will do the right thing...

Mr. Shaw, in a perfect world that would be nice.... It would be great to get on here and discuss our feelings of the logistics of the case...but it becomes so personal on here too quickly... Above I tried to stay away from the case as much as possible and then CLaw gets in the act and gets all upset....these insulting posts wont be finished until the verdict comes out" Dec 4, 09 3:04 PM

Oddone guilty of first-degree manslaughter, jury announces Monday

As you all know, I am an Oddone supporter, and know we are in the minority here, and I obviously will not abandon him, and I will go down with his ship

I believe he should and will pay his debt to society, and it wont be the minimum 6 years, and it wont be the maximum 25 years. I don't even know if it matters now because of the appeal process that will take place.

But no matter what the sentence is....he will be free again one day

The past 3 things I have just said are all True.... can everyone on here say the same?

hey... I am just saying I am not jumping ship and going to change my mind about him or anythign becuase he was found guilty of manslaughter, I said above he will pay his debt to society, what ever it is... and what is so bad about saying he will be free again one day, if his debt is 10 years 15... or 25... hes allowed to be free after he serves the time...nothing wrong with that" Dec 15, 09 5:44 PM
