Hampton Bays Board of Education members Anne Culhane and Liz Scully are running unopposed to keep their seats this May. Culhane, a resident of Hampton Bays since 2005, is seeking her third consecutive three-year term. A kindergarten teacher at East Quogue Elementary School since 2004, Culhane received a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Southampton College in 1998 and a master’s degree in literacy from Long Island University in 2008.
