Enzo Morabito team receives pinnacle award.

Top agents and brokers for Prudential Douglas Elliman were honored during the firm’s annual awards celebration at the Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury on February 7.

Taking home the top individual prize based on gross commission income was Lori Barbaria from the East Hampton office. The Bridgehampton- and Westhampton Beach-based Enzo Morabito Team, which includes Mr. Morabito, Greg Geuer, Cynthia Beck, Aimee Fitzpatrick Martin and Tim Morabito, earned the award for top team by gross commission income. In addition to the Pinnacle Award, the team also earned the Chairman’s Circle Diamond Award.

Other individual agents recognized for being in the top 10 for top gross commission income included: Westhampton Beach-based Lynn November, Bridgehampton-based Vincent Horcasitas, Southampton-based Erica Grossman, Bridgehampton-based Jeanine Edington, Southampton-based Raphael Avigdor and East Hampton-based Christopher Stewart.

Additional top 10 top gross commission income groups included the East Hampton-based Janette Goodstein Team and the Bridgehampton-based Priscilla Garston and Alyra Hoffman Team.

The East Hampton office, managed by Ray Smith and Barbara Mattson, claimed the title of Top Office for 2011. Other top five winners included the Southampton office, also managed by Ray Smith, and the Bridgehampton office, managed by Paul Brennan.

Those recognized as the firm’s 25 top producers for 2011 were The Enzo Morabito Team, Vincent Horcasitas, Jeanine Edington, The Priscilla Garston and Alyra Hoffman Team, Lori Barbaria, The Bonny Aarons and Janette Goodstein Team, Christopher Stewart, The William Wolff and Dennis DiCalogero Team, Erica Grossman, Raphael Avigdor, Michaela Keszler and Lynn November.
