In the trenches of a land dispute with her neighbor, Southampton Village and Southampton Town
It is May 10th, I am curious as to how the driveway issue was resolved?

Can someone get a picture of the pickup truck's inspection sticker? Looks like there are warnings on the windshield of the pickup as well. What could they say? Maybe an email address for everyone to see?

Not too bright on the judges part. Looks like she has a problem thinking things through. You wouldn't expect that from the town judge. Time for her to waste tax payers dollars again.

So now all the crazies she has sentenced over the years have her cell phone number and her home address!

Take a close look at the judges inspection sticker. Looks like it expired in 2011. Send her a ticket. Better not I think she will get it fixed. Sounds like a case where she is above the law.

I thought you were a lawyer David? The survey Tony Gugliotta has clearly shows a driveway encroachment from Wilsons property. This driveway situation has been like that for decades which should give Wilson adverse possession. When Mr Gugliotta purchased the property this driveway situation was probably excluded from his title policy. If it wasn't he has a title claim. That area of Elm St has lots of driveway issues like Wilsons, and I can guarantee Wilson is correct in this case.

It does look pretty cut and dried from what the surveys show. Judge Smith has to be more careful than Mr.Gugliotta as unless her case is iron clad she'll be accused of using her position in the town/village to intimidate her neighbor. Even if there is an adverse possession claim here on Judge Wilson's part it could come back to bite her at election time...

Both surveys appear to document the fact a portion of the Wilson driveway encroaches on Gugliotta's property. So what's the problem, Judge, moving the driveway a couple of feet? David Buda
