The Baker House 1650, a boutique East Hampton inn, and partner Domaine Select Wine & Spirits, based in Manhattan, will host “Cocktails & Conversation – An Evening with Award-Winning Mixologist Tad Carducci” on Saturday, December 2, from 4 to 6 p.m. Mixologist Tad Carducci of the Tippling Bros beverage consulting team will demonstrate how to make holiday cocktails.

Almond Restaurant in Bridgehampton will host a special goat dinner featuring a whole animal from Vermont Chevon—a finishing farm for cull goats based in Danville, Vermont—on Thursday, November 16, at 7 p.m.
The four-course family style dinner will be prepared by Almond’s chef de cuisine Jeremy Blutstein and special guest chef Dane Sayles of Scarpetta Beach in Montauk. The dinner will be paired with wines from Channing Daughters in Bridgehampton. Vermont Chevon founder Shirley Richardson will briefly discuss Vermont Chevon’s relationship with Vermont Creamery producers and highlight the products’ nutritional profile and health benefits.
