The Earth Day weekend celebration eARThHamptons, a festival of art and design, will be held Saturday, April 21, and Sunday, April 22, at Ashawagh Hall in Springs.

According to organizers, “eARThHamptons focuses on the concept that our immediate environs and what makes up ‘home and habitat’ can be beautiful while still honoring sustainable practices.”

The participating artists this year are abstract painter Anahi DeCanio, sculptor Phyllis Hammond, glass artist Mary Milne, photographer Donna Renna and painter and recycled wood sculptor Aurelio Torres. The design participants are master craftsman and fine custom furniture designer Angel Naula of Naula Workshop, and luxury home accessory company Cloud9 Design.

The opening reception will take place on Saturday from 5 to 9 p.m. Then on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. the exhibition and a pop-up market will be open.

Douglas Elliman Real Estate’s Alfred Renna and Joanne R. Douglas will have a chat and book signing for “Negotiating New York” on Sunday at noon. The book, which counts with a foreword from Barbara Corcoran of “Shark Tank,” offers a journey into the world of New York real estate. RSVP to earthhamptons@gmail.com.
