De Lesseps’s Former Teardown Sold As Farrell Flip

A handsome eight-figure sale in Bridgehampton indicates the enthusiasm for property in that Southampton Town hamlet is continuing into the summer. A purchaser, shielded by a limited liability company, has picked up 280 Highland Terrace for a robust $15,500,000.

If that address is familiar to any of you, it could be because you recall that four years ago it was sold by “Real Housewife” Countess Luann de Lesseps to the developer Joe Farrell.
