We had barely put the finishing touches on our last article involving sales in Sagaponack when the tiny village took wing with a wealth of new deals.

To lead off, in what must have been some serious back-and-forth negotiations until a difference was finally split, $15,846,750 was the amount paid by Mikel Lehrman for 57 Jared Lane.

On a generous 2.3 acres south of the highway, the 12,000-square-foot abode contains eight bedrooms and 11.5 baths. The brand-new custom transitional estate took three years to design and build, with a traditional Hamptons shingled exterior and modern interiors. The open living space has a 30-foot-ceiling living room. Other features include six fireplaces, a screened-in porch, custom doors and cabinetry throughout, and a floating staircase to the finished lower level with a gym and steam room, a bar, a large wine cellar and a theater. Leading out from the lower level courtyard, it’s hard to miss the large pool, 12-person Jacuzzi, pool house and outdoor kitchen. The house is situated on a private cul-de-sac, and has room for a tennis court.

Not far behind price-wise is 285 Parsonage Lane, which was purchased by Carissa and Steven Lefkowitz for just more than $14.17 million. The 6,159-square-foot residence on 1.62 acres has six bedrooms and six baths. The property comprises three contiguous building lots with an adjacent 10.5-acre reserve. The new house is situated on one of the lots. The open living spaces on the first and second floors “seamlessly merge with the outdoors, creating the ultimate experience of bringing the outdoors in,” according to Bespoke, which brokered the sale. (But leave the ticks and mosquitoes outside, please). The new owners can spin in the gym, enjoy a movie in the professional-grade theater or sip some wine in the “architectural jewel-box of a wine cellar.”

Another recent sale in Sagaponack was 274 Town Line Road. We don’t know too much about this property other than it was purchased by a limited liability company for $6.6 million. The 1,500-square-foot cottage on 1.8 acres has three bedrooms and two baths, and “offers sophisticated space incorporating classic barn-style architecture and an open and modern floor plan,” according to Corcoran, which brokered the sale. We wouldn’t be surprised if expansion plans are soon presented to local officials.

Anita Nelson is the new owner of 182 Erica’s Lane, after having paid $5.75 million. On 1.24 acres, the 4,300-square-foot shingled beach house offers four bedrooms and 4.5 baths south of the highway. The expansive grounds features a heated pool, a basketball half-court and verdant lawns. Inside, the great room with soaring cathedral ceiling has a wall of glass formed by sliding French doors and clerestory windows that follow the pitch of the roof. The space features a living room with a fireplace, and a dining area with access to the wraparound alfresco dining deck. The modern kitchen with top-of-the-line finishes and appliances has a breakfast area, a substantial pantry and an adjacent sitting area with fireplace, all of which overlooks the idyllic rear grounds. An en-suite guest bedroom and powder room complete the main level. Three bedrooms are found upstairs including the master suite with balcony. A third level landing inside a cupola observatory provides 360-degree views of the estates and farm fields of Daniel’s Lane. The finished lower level has a full bath, and there is an attached two-car garage.
