It will be a case of art colliding with real estate on Saturday, March 16 when Kate Mueth and her Neo-Political Cowgirls present “Voyeur,” a roaming immersive theatrical experience in which the public is invited to take part.
This is the fourth installment of “Voyeur,” which features Josh Gladstone, Quinn Jackson, Susan Stout, Charlie Westfal, Sarah Azzara and Michael Versandi. But what’s different this time around is that the show will be presented inside a private home currently on the market. The $9.995 million waterfront estate is located in The Grace Estate development in East Hampton’s Northwest Woods.
Sponsored by Michael Daly at Douglas Elliman and Dean Miller Realty, the idea is to merge real estate marketing with live performance, and Mr. Daly notes that he has long been a fan of the work of the Neo-Political Cowgirls.
“I have also known Kate Mueth for years and have worked with her several times in the past, notably producing ‘Eve’ at LTV Studios and a few other immersive dance theater events,” said Mr. Daly in a statement. “When walking through the house in preparation for listing, the grand and spacious layout and traditional décor of the home struck me as a perfect venue to introduce to Kate for a possible immersive event.”
The owner of the property agreed and so did Ms. Mueth.
“We’re doing this as a fun way to provide a space for the super talented Kate Mueth and her Neo-Political Cowgirls immersive dance theater group,” added Mr. Daly.
Intrigued? Of course you are.
