In Westhampton Beach, we can now report the price of the previously reported sale of 128 Main Street from Simon Jorna, the former owner of Beach Bakery Grand Cafe in Westhampton Beach, to Stephen Matri, Lance Farlow and an unnamed partner. The building, which formerly housed Books & Books and is now home to a variety of boutique shops, was sold for $2.45 million. The new owners told The Press last month that they have no plans at the moment to make any immediate changes to the two-story building.
