PROJECT ENGINEER-- Construction Management
The Project Engineer (PE) will help manage, implement and complete the dissemination of information from architects, designers, owners and other key decision onto field operations. This position supports the Project Managers in all respects of the project process from initial project estimating, trade authorizations, submittals, request for information, requests for pricing, addendums, bulletins, project updates, quality assurance and quality control. General knowledge of architecture and building construction processes. Specific Responsibilities: Packaging RFPs for potential projects, estimating, scope building, defining and vetting proposals, Gathering and submitting submittals, gathering questions and concerns from the field and formulating clear requests, leveling subcontractors, Issuing addendums/bulletins, Issuing drawings/updates to all field parties.
