Bridgehampton

Richard Pandolfi, 71, of Northport was stopped by Southampton Town Police on Montauk Highway at 12:52 p.m. on June 3 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a misdemeanor. Police 
said Mr. Pandolfi was originally stopped for having a covered license plate.

An employee of Bridgehampton Antiques on Main Street told Southampton Town Police that someone stole $1,700 worth of merchandise from the store at around 11 a.m. on June 6. The complainant said that three women, one of whom was possibly a man dressed as a woman, entered the store together. The employee noted that the items were missing after the three women exited the shop.

Hampton Bays

Southampton Town Police charged the following individuals with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor, last week: Rick Sellars, 49, of Delray Beach, Florida; and Matthew Soleau, 24, of Hampton Bays.

Jean Louis-Jean, 42, of Bay Shore was arrested by Southampton Town Police on Dune Road at 5:49 p.m. on May 24 and charged with unlicensed 
operation of a taxi, a misdemeanor. Police said Mr. Louis-Jean was operating a taxi without the proper permit.

Frederick Dagostino, 62, of Coram was arrested by Southampton Town Police on Foster Road at 1:50 a.m. on May 25 and charged with unlicensed 
operation of a taxi, a misdemeanor. Police said Mr. Dagostino was operating a taxi without the proper permit.

A woman called Southampton Town Police on June 8 after a man exposed himself to her and her two friends near West Landing Beach. The victim said the man, who was wrapped in a towel, exposed himself to the women before fleeing the scene in a black pickup truck.

Byan Briguglio, 27, of Westhampton was arrested by Southampton Town Police on Montauk Highway at 8:35 p.m. on Sunday and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a 
misdemeanor. Police said Mr. Briguglio was arrested after punching a car in the Boardy Barn parking lot.

Quiogue

A Great Neck woman reported to Southampton Town Police that an individual driving a Toyota pickup 
truck hit her car while she was driving on South Country Road on Friday. The victim said the other driver then fled the scene.

Eastport

Julio Velasquez, 32, of Riverhead was stopped by Southampton Town Police on Montauk Highway at 3:01 p.m. on May 24 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation 
of a vehicle, a misdemeanor. Police said Mr. Velasquez was originally stopped during a routine seat belt check.

A Speonk man reported to Southampton Town Police that sometime between midnight and 7 a.m. on June 1 someone broke into his car while it was parked on Matthews Drive. The victim said the thief stole his Eastport Fire Department pager.

Sag Harbor

A Maunakea Street resident called Southampton Town Police on Saturday to report that an unknown person broke into his home and spray-painted the interior walls and left a condom 
on a door knob. The victim, who said the incident occurred sometime 
between last Thursday, June 11, and Saturday, did not report any items being stolen.

Speonk

An employee of Zima Tire on 
Montauk Highway called Southampton Town Police after someone stole three sets of tire rims, valued at $1,800, 
from the store on either Friday or Saturday.

Sagaponack

A Sagaponack man reported to Southampton Town Police that sometime between 10 p.m. on June 6 
and 8 a.m. on June 7, someone drove over his front lawn, causing more than $1,000 worth of damage. Police said a neighbor observed a white 
Cadillac Escalade leaving the scene.

Southampton

Southampton Town Police charged the following individuals with 
third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor, last week: Santiago Reyes, 39, of Flanders; Denise Wohl, 56, 
of Brooklyn; and Diego Toro, 32, of Flushing.

Matthew Metaxas, 26, of Southampton was arrested by Southampton Town Police at Regulars Music Café on North Sea Road at 3:21 a.m. on May 23 and charged with first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child, a misdemeanor. Police said Mr. Metaxas, who is a bartender at the cafe, was arrested for selling alcohol to a teenager working with the police department.

Juan Gonzalez, 26, of Southampton was arrested by Southampton Town Police on County Road 39 at 10:34 p.m. on June 6 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession 
of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. Police said Mr. Gonzalez was stopped after an officer observed him rolling a blunt while stopped at a red light. Mr. Gonzalez was also found with a quantity of ecstasy, according to police.

Nicholas Selvaggio, 22, of Shirley was arrested by Southampton Town Police on County Road 39 at 3:56 p.m. on Friday and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession 
of a controlled substance and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, both misdemeanors. Police said Mr. Selvaggio was originally stopped for speeding and had a quantity of the prescription drug Suboxone in his possession.
