Elijah James, 21, of Southampton was arrested by Southampton Town Police on County Road 39 in Southampton at 12:22 p.m. on June 16 and charged with DWI. Police said Mr. James was originally stopped for driving with a broken muffler.

Lucas Vivar-Mendez, 37, of Hampton Bays was arrested by Southampton Town Police on Wakeman Road in Hampton Bays at 12:45 p.m. on June 17 and charged with DWI. Police said Mr. Vivar-Mendez was originally stopped for failing to maintain his lane.

James Mulcahy, 54, of Hampton Bays was arrested by Southampton Town Police on Squiretown Road in Hampton Bays at 12:53 a.m. on June 18 and charged with DWI. Mr. Mulcahy was originally stopped for making an unsafe lane change.

Eric Anderson, 39, of Sag Harbor was arrested by Southampton Town Police on Sandy Hollow Road in Southampton at 2:53 a.m. on Saturday and charged with DWI. Police said Mr. Anderson was stopped for ignoring a red light.

Emigdio Lima, 43, of East Quogue was arrested by Southampton Town Police on Montauk Highway in East Quogue at 5 a.m. Sunday and charged with DWI and first-degree unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, both felonies. Police said Mr. Lima, who was previously convicted of an alcohol-related offense, was originally stopped for failing to maintain his lane.
