Southampton Village

A 21-year-old Hampton Bays woman was arrested at 3:35 a.m. on June 20 and charged with driving while her ability was impaired by alcohol, a violation. Police said she had been pulled over on North Sea Road for driving with her headlights off and crossing over the double yellow lines in the center of the pavement. She failed sobriety tests and registered a blood alcohol level of 0.06 percent, police said. She was turned over to her mother.

John H. Nordeman, 33, of New York City was arrested at 1:05 p.m. on Sunday and charged with grand larceny in the fourth degree and criminal mischief in the third degree, both felonies. Village Police said Mr. Nordeman got into an argument with a motorist on Main Street who was stopped at a red light, reached into her vehicle, took the sunglasses off her face, threw them to the ground and stepped on them. Mr. Nordeman was processed and released on an appearance ticket.

Horacio Leon Reyes, 30, of Southampton was arrested at around 5 a.m. on June 23 and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, a misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.

Fredi R. Saladana-Brito, 29, of Hampton Bays was pulled over at around noon on June 18 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree, a misdemeanor.

Gabriel Narvaez, 19, of Southampton was pulled over at around 5 p.m. on Sunday and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor.

Eric V. Froglich, 43, of New York City was pulled over at 10:10 a.m. Monday and charged with driving with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor.
